This <strong>digital maturity model for prison agencies<\/strong> allows to understand the digitization of services, taking also into account the prison and its people\u2019s nature.<br><br>Explore all the information on this model, including the five dimensions that are an integral part of it and the three distinct levels of digital readiness it allows to determine.<br><br>This article and research work has been done together with my dearest colleagues <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAAgNTU0BWquCtn0E0vZYhBz_kmECCXso7ko\">Bianca C.
