Digital rehabilitation is about more than introducing technology into prisons or probation. It is about rethinking how rehabilitation, support, and reintegration are delivered in a digital society \u2014 safely, ethically, and effectively.<\/p>

I support correctional jurisdictions in analysing their digital readiness<\/strong> and defining what digital rehabilitation can realistically deliver in their specific legal, operational, and cultural context. Based on this, I help design coherent programmes for digital service delivery to people in custody<\/strong>, covering areas such as education, reintegration, family contact, health, employment preparation, and probation interaction.<\/p>

I help prison and probation services analyse their context and co-create clear organisational, functional, and technical requirements<\/strong>, shaping solutions that truly fit their operations. This includes designing modern offender management systems, selecting appropriate operational and security technologies, and defining digital environments that support all stakeholders \u2014 from management and frontline staff to external service providers.
