I am a globally recognised expert in corrections technology and justice-sector digital transformation, with more than twenty years of experience supporting prison and probation services worldwide.

I am the Founder of Smart Corrections and work as a Senior Corrections Technology Consultant, advising governments, international organisations, and private-sector partners on IT governance, enterprise architecture, offender management systems, digital rehabilitation, and large-scale ICT programmes in custodial and community corrections.

Since 2010, I serve as a Board Member of the International Corrections and Prisons Association (ICPA), contributing to international policy dialogue and supporting correctional administrations in improving living conditions, normalisation, reintegration, and operational effectiveness through responsible use of digital technologies.

I am a co-author of a United Nations handbook on technology in custodial settings and regularly act as a trusted advisor on ethical, human-rights-based digital transformation in complex and high-security environments.
